Thoughts from category: things we make

we're celebrating (still)

15 years ago, three friends from uni decided they wanted to create something that would make it a little bit easier for people to do themselves some good. They quickly hit on the idea of smoothies; delicious fruit drinks made from nothing but crushed fruit and juice.  And lo, innocent was born.

Our labels have been the thing that people have fallen in love with over the years, and something we’re really proud of.  It’s also something we’ve always kept very close to our hearts, but we thought our 15th birthday would be the perfect time to hand over the crayons to some people we think are pretty creative too.

Over the 8 days we’ll be sharing our favourites with you – along with a fact or two about innocent from the past 15 years.

Here’s the very first one – from the stupendously stylish Mademoiselle Robot

cold off the press

For ages we've been craving healthy fruit and veg juices with no unpronounceable additives that actually taste properly good and fresh. Happily, we work for a juice company. So we made a couple. They're called easy greens and skip to the beet, they're cold pressed and they're delicious – even tastier than the ones you might make at home (if you had the time to dust off the juicer and buy the ingredients and do all of that peeling and chopping and stuff).

Both are available in selected Starbucks stores now (more places coming soon) so now there's no excuse not to eat/drink your greens/pinks.

just a small time juice

Travel scrabble. The Borrowers. Micro pigs. Cold, hard proof that when you make things smaller, you make them better (sort of). So, we've gone and made some little versions of your favourite juice blends, for when you're on the move. Now, not only can you pick up a handy 330ml apple juice or orange juice, you can also plump for an apple & raspberry juice and apple & mango juice too.

You can find them in selected stores (including Waitrose) right this minute.

Three cheers for the innocent juice team, the hardest working folks in fruit towers*.

*apart from the blog post writers, of course.

breakfast juice

Have you tried our new orange, pink grapefruit and blood orange juice yet?

If not, we can highly recommend it. It packs a seriously citrussy punch that's best enjoyed at breakfast time (preferably on a tray, in bed, provided by a person you're quite fond of).

We're pretty biased but it definitely beats a bit of Marmite* on toast.

*or your yeast-based brown stuff of choice.
