Cycled down the very dodgy road today to get lunch from Hopland's equivalent of the Hungry Grassy Van and was pleased to note the common theme in menus (despite the lack of bunting, daisies and astroturf)

The Hungry Grassy Van is in Bristol till Weds 14th September serving breakfast, lunch and dinner before heading up to Manchester on Saturday 17th at Spinningfields.

So make sure you get there early for a breakfast burrito (and we'll compare notes after).

Whilst hanging about in a Dutch hospital, waiting for his daughter to be born, Niels spotted some relatives of the glass blob

After weeks of stamping burger boxes, sprucing up the patchy bits of grass and making road trip compilation CDs, the Hungry Grassy Van is ship shape and ready to hit the road.

We're starting off in London this Friday at the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre from 9:30 till 14:30.

Then on Saturday, we'll be on Wimbledon Common, Church Road from 9:00 till 14:00 and then over to Windrush Square in Brixton from 15:00 till 20:00.

If you can't be bothered with the faff of a roast, pop over to Allen Gardens, Brick Lane on Sunday where the HGV will be from 10:00 till 18:00

Then we're back on the road up to Bristol, landing at the Science Museum on Tuesday 13th from 9:00 till 19:00.
