There are four rounds to this process and we hope to have the whole thing wrapped up by the middle of May 2008.

Stage 1 – the application form & CV

The first thing you need to do is to fill in an application form and send it back with your latest CV by 31st March 2008. All the info you need is here.

Stage 2 – first round interview

At the first round you can expect a chat with one of our commercial managers or controllers.

First rounds will take place from 7th - 18th April 2008. Please let us know if there are any days that you really can’t make during this period.

Stage 3 – an assessment day at fruit towers

If you’re successful after your first round, you’ll be invited down for a day to meet us all. You’ll have a couple of interviews, a case study, a group exercise, and the chance to get your questions answered. Plenty of free smoothies too.

These days will take place between 30th April and 7th May 2008.

Stage 4 – chief squeeze interview

Now things are getting exciting. You will meet the commercial director and probably one of the Chief Squeezers (that’s our board directors if you want to get all formal). This is your final opportunity to shine and also to ask all of your burning questions.

Likely dates for these interviews are 9th and 12th May 2008.

What if I can’t make these dates?

Most interviews will happen on these dates. However, if you have an important reason that you can’t make it let us know at the top of your application form and we’ll help if we can. N.B. Your cat’s birthday doesn’t count.
