“But what’s next?” I hear you cry. Well we’re glad you asked. Once you’ve successfully completed the grass roots programme we’ll help you identify your next steps within innocent. What that looks like will depend on what you are interested in, where your natural talents lie and what you want to learn. It could be that you work on one of our national grocery accounts, or it might be that you want to work on a variety of entrepreneurial accounts in our impulse team.  Maybe you want to help kids get more of their 5 a day and work in the schools team or you might want to work in one of our European offices. Perhaps you might want to try your hand at something different like marketing, finance, production or a whole host of different areas of our business.

One thing is certain. You won’t stop learning, as we will continually invest in your training and development, and give you ever increasing responsibility for bigger customers or teams. All of this means that your career will start to accelerate towards becoming one of our future leaders in the UK, Europe or the world. Blooming marvellous.
