natural slow-release energy smoothie

We're pretty excited about this one - we're using a whole load of ingredients that we've never tried before.

Guava, which has the highest fibre content of any fruit that we use. Goji berries, full of antioxidants. And mangoes, because they taste nice. The result is stunning. A low GI, slow energy release smoothie, with bags of nutrients and lots of taste. What's not to like?

a chunk of mango (8%)
ΒΈ freshly squeezed orange
a quarter of mashedapples
1 crushedgoji berries
and a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
