It lets you get naked on nudist beaches and helps unfold your deckchair. Yes, summer sure is a cheerful, obliging season. So we made this recipe to celebrate its coming. It's got mangoes, coconuts and lemongrass in. They're the ingredients that reminded us of the best holiday we ever had - the one when we almost didn't come home. We hope you enjoy it.
