Good things come to those who wait. Buses for instance. And this recipe. We unveil it every year, just when things are getting cold; when you can’t face the cruel icy world outside. It’s positive points are manifold – you can warm it up gently (mmmmm), there are lemons for vitamin C, honey for natural energy and it contains ginger, an ancient pick-me-up for your tired old body.
