Please say hello to our latest smoothie of the month.

We get paid to obsess over fruit, and this time it's the turn of the purple passion fruit. You see, there are two main types of passion fruit - one's got wrinkly purple skin and the other is a bit bigger with yellow skin. We used the purple one in this recipe because the juice is richer and sweeter. And we hand-scooped the flesh out of each one - the better you treat the fruit, the better it tastes.
We'll drink to that.
