Please say hello to our latest smoothie of the month.

This is one of our most refreshing recipes, so it's perfect for summer. But we originally made it especially for breakfast time, in a big carton. It's a bit lighter and more citrusy than lots of our other recipes, so we thought it should work at sunrise. Of course, this doesn't mean you should only drink it at breakfast time. Try it at 10am, or perhaps even 7pm. Break all the rules. You'll find that it still tastes good, you crazy wildcat.

1 and a half squeezedmandarins 250ml bottles  
1 freshly squeezedorange
half a crushed banana
11 crushedraspberries
half a pressed appleapple
