lychees & passion fruits

Please say hello to our fourth smoothie of the month.

So, pomegranates. Seems like there has been a bit of fuss about them recently, mainly because they're pretty darned healthy. If you want the specifics, this is because they're high in polyphenols, which are a type of antioxidant that helps our bodies fight those nasty free radicals. No wonder they're popular. Anyway, if you're after any more of these polythingies, have the following for your tea - peanuts, green or white tea, red wine, olive oil, dark chocolate and lots of fruit and veg.

Ingredients Available in...
12 squashedred grapes 250ml bottles
half a crushed banana
half a crushedpomegranate
14 pressedraspberries
some freshly squeezed orange juice
a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
