Hello and welcome to another instalment of the story that we call Smoothie Of The Month.

Sometimes there are tears, sometimes there is laughter, fruit is a constant, and then we change things round again, because it’s the end of the month. This time it’s the turn of pomegranates, which seem to be so hip right now. We’ve found the best tasting variety (Hicaz, from Turkey) and we’ve managed to find some smart new technology (secret) that gets rid of the bitter bits. So no tears this time. Sob

12 crushedred grapes 250ml bottles  
half a crushed banana
half a crushedpomegranate
14 pressedraspberries
some freshly squeezed orange juice
a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
