Warmth is what you need in winter. So we thought we'd make a recipe that you can warm up before you drink it.

All you've got to do is pour this smoothie into a pan, add a couple of slices of orange and lemon, heat it all until it bubbles slightly and let it simmer gently for a minute or two. Then pour it into your favourite mug and enjoy the heat. Of course, if you're feeling lucky you could add 75ml of red wine, a drop of brandy and a spoonful of brown sugar while you're warming it. Well leave this tough choice in your hands.

PS it's delicious cold too.
