5-a-day please

It's recommended that everyone eats at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. This is because scientific research has shown that eating lots of fruit and veg can help to keep you healthy. It may even help to protect against the risk of some cancers and heart disease.

Just so you know, a portion translates as 80g of fruit or 150ml of fruit juice.

A 250ml serving of any of our smoothies therefore contains at least 2 portions of fruit (one from the whole crushed fruit, the second from the juice). Marvellous.
