Obviously it isn't the same every edition, but this is the kind of thing you can expect from time to time if you sign up for our newsletter.

Hello to all you nice stockists.
And hello to all you new people who haven't received our 'news for nice stockists' before. If you're wondering what it's all about, let us quickly explain. It's a chance for us to let you know what we?re up to - new products we're launching, new promotions, new packaging, that kind of thing. And we'd also really welcome your feedback so do reply and let us know what you think. We'd love to hear from you.
So on to September's news. It's all about smoothies. You see we've changed both our guest and seasonal smoothie recipes this week. Please put your hands together and give them a warm welcome.
Although summer's nearly coming to an end, there's no need to be downhearted. Yes, the flip flops will be thrown to the back of the wardrobe, but boy are there some great things about autumn to enjoy. Like cosy evenings in, long woolly scarves and our new seasonal recipe - blackcurrants and gooseberries.

With an army of blackcurrants, gooseberries and lots of other crushed fruit it will keep you feeling in tip top shape. This tasty little recipe is replacing our summer recipe cherries and strawberries.
It's also time for our next guest smoothie. What's that we hear you say? In a nutshell - our latest recipes, straight from the kitchen and on the shelves for a short while. It's also a chance for you to get creating some new recipes. Send them in and we'll get busy in the kitchen knocking up the best ones. Who knows one day a guest smoothie might even be named in your honour.
Our first ever guest recipe was pineapples, blueberries and ginger, people said a lot of nice things about it so we might bring it back one day. But now we want to try something different. So next up is strawberries, raspberries and rhubarb and we're sure you'll love how the sweet strawberries, juicy raspberries and tangy rhubarb taste pretty special together, mmmm.

Both recipes are available to order now but are only around for a couple of months so get them while you can. If you'd like a nice box of samples let us know.
