• BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT THEY WILL APPLY TO AND GOVERN YOUR ENTRY INTO THE INNOCENT MAGNETS COMPETITION (OFFICIALLY KNOWN AS THE "COMPETITION").
• ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS MAY LEAD TO YOUR DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE COMPETITION AND NO SUPPER BEFORE BEDTIME.
The Competition is operated and managed by innocent Limited ("innocent", "we"), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 4004092, whose registered office is at Fruit Towers, 3 The Goldhawk Estate, Brackenbury Road, London, W6 0BA.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. HOW TO ENTER
1.1. The Competition is open to anyone over the age of 4 who is a resident of the UK or the Republic of Ireland, provided that anyone under the age of 14 must obtain the consent of their parent or guardian prior to entering, and have their parent or guardian enter on their behalf.
1.2. No purchase is necessary in order to take part in the Competition, however all photos submitted must clearly show the relevant promotional innocent A-Z magnet for that day. It is free to enter the competition and unlimited entries can be made.
1.3. Competition entrants ("Entrants", "You") may only enter the competition online through Twitter @innocentdrinks or our Flickr group. Entries made by post will not be accepted.
1.4. Entrants who live outside the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland shall not be entitled to enter the Competition.
1.5. The Competition will run from 28th March 2011 (the "Start Date") until 22nd April 2011 (the "Closing Date"). innocent reserves the right to terminate the Competition at its sole discretion should it wish to do so prior to the Closing Date.
2. PARENTAL CONSENT
2.1. Entries to the competition can only be made online vis Twitter or Flickr. If you are under 14 years of age, a parent or guardian must submit your entry on your behalf using their own Twitter or Flickr account profiles.
2.2. Entries by persons under 14 years of age, that are not submitted by a parent of guardian, will not be permitted to take part in the Competition.
2.3. We reserve the right to verify the details provided by Entrants and to telephone any parent or guardian whose details have been provided for these purposes.
3. THE COMPETITION
3.1. In order to enter, Entrants must follow the instructions regarding entry at [www.innocentdrinks.com/kidsmagnets].
3.2. Every day for 26 days we'll be celebrating one of our new A-Z promotional magnets in alphabetical order. We will be kicking this off with the letter A on 28th March. These magnets are available in special packs of innocent smoothies for kids and innocent fruit tubes for kids. The full set of promotional magnets can be viewed at: www.innocentkids.com
3.3. innocent shall clearly communicate via its instructions page [www.innocentdrinks.com/magnetsa-z] and @innocentdrinks twitter account, which letter is being celebrated each
3.4. In order to enter the competition, entrants must take a photo of the innocent A-Z magnet being celebrated that day, along with something that begins with that letter within the same photograph.
3.5. All photos must be legible and deemed appropriate for family viewing by innocent.
3.6. Entries can only be submitted online through Twitter or Flickr:
3.7. Photos submitted via Twitter must be a reply to @innocentdrinks and must contain the hash tag #innocentkids.
3.8. Photos submitted via Flickr must added to our Flickr group here
3.9. At the end of each day during the Competition, innocent shall select a winner from the pool of relevant entrants that are received in that day. Relevant entries must clearly display the innocent magnet and be deemed appropriate for a family audience.
3.10. Entrants have until 11.59pm every day to submit a photo that corresponds to the letter being celebrated that day.
3.11. The decision of innocent as to the Winner shall be final. No correspondence will be entered into with Entrants in relation to the Competition (other than to inform an Entrant that he/she has won a prize) although we will look to review the circumstances of any valid complaint made.
3.12. Events may occur that render awarding the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of innocent and innocent may, at its absolute discretion, vary, amend, suspend or withdraw any Prize with or without further notice.
3.13. Entrants that have won a daily prize will not be eligible to win any further prizes throughout the Promotion
4. PRIZES
4.1. innocent will use its reasonable endeavors to inform Entrants who are Winners within 3 weeks of the end of their relevant day.
4.2. Prizes awarded to Winners are not transferable and no cash alternative will be awarded. innocent reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or portion thereof) with one of like value in its sole discretion. Prizes must be accepted by Winners in the form provided and no warranties whatsoever are given in relation to the Prizes.
4.3. To the fullest extent it is permitted to do so under law, innocent and its parent, subsidiary, affiliated and associated companies accept no responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the award of any Prize.
4.4. If innocent are not able to contact a Winner for any reason within a reasonable time of the end of a relevant week, it shall be entitled to declare an alternative Entrant the winner of the Prize shall in no circumstance have any liability to an Entrant for any failure on its part to contact a winning Entrant for any reason.
4.5. Subject to these terms and conditions, all Prizes will be awarded within 12 weeks of the Closing Date of the Competition.
5. CLOSING DATE AND TIME
5.1. The Competition will be operated by us from the Start Date Monday 28th March and will cease to operate the competition at 3pm (GMT) on the Closing Date 22nd April 11:59. Any attempt to register an entry into the Competition after such time shall not be valid.
5.2. innocent accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to by fully and correctly submitted by 11.59pm (GMT) on the Closing Date.
6. USE OF YOUR DETAILS
6.1. Each Entrant hereby agrees that innocent is entitled to use its personal data (to the extent collected during registration) for the purposes of operating and administrating the Competition and for the purposes set out in clause 6.2.
6.2. All Winners agree that innocent may use and publicly display their first name and age on the Website and on its products for the purposes of publicising the Competition. We will not post personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) in relation to Entrants who are under the age of 14 on the Website or any where else without the expression permission of that Entrants parent and or guardian.
6.3. Each Entrant warrants that:
6.3.1. in submitting his/her details, he/she has accurately represented his age and location;
6.3.2. he/she has not falsely represented that he/she has provided his/her parent or guardian's consent; and
6.3.3. he/she has not provided any information with respect to his parent or guardian without their express consent.
7. GENERAL
7.1 Any dispute or compliant concerning the Competition should be made in written form and be addressed to The Magnets Competition, Fruit Towers, 3 The Goldhawk Estate, Brackenbury Road, London, W6 0BA.
7.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute in relation to them shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
