Climate change is happening, and it's affecting our alphonso mango farmers in India. They've been experiencing higher temperatures and more erratic monsoons for a few years now, and it's been affecting their yields. When we found out about this we started a project in partnership with the University of Konkan to find sustainable ways to make the trees as strong and resilient as possible, and recently our Sustainability Advisor, Charlotte, travelled to India to see for herself how well the project is going so far. You can watch her film on the right, and hear what farmer Hubli has to say about the project. You can also read her full account of her trip here.
