In 2008, we ran our first ever graduate scheme in the UK: the innocent grass roots graduate scheme. We visited a handful of universities across the country, got to meet lots of brilliant people and as a result, now have 4 great graduates working for us.

We've been having a long hard think about whether to do it again for 2009 and have decided not to run another grassroots scheme this year. We're certainly not ruling it out for the future but for now, we want to concentrate on honing the graduates we employed last year.

We offer a small number of year-long student placements at innocent and recruit for these jobs every autumn. They're aimed at people who are doing sandwich courses with a year in industry. So if you're doing such a course and fancy filling your sandwich at innocent, then check to see if we have any placements open right now by clicking here.

Sadly, outside these placements, we're not able to offer regular internships or work experience at Fruit Towers.
