One of the things that we like to do most is play around in the kitchen and make up new recipes. The problem is that we can't bottle every single one of these recipes and then sell them in shops, so we thought we'd collect them all up and put them into a book. The book is split into sections - Work, Rest and Play. Find out more below.
Work
The drinks in the Work section are designed to help you get up and get with it. So there are lots of healthy blends that will sort you out after a hard night out on the tiles. After swigging them, you'll be ready to blow their socks off in that sales meeting, or you can just hide under your desk for the rest of the morning.
Rest
After you've been to work, it's time to rest.
So we wrote the Rest section, stuffed with indulgent blends that you can impress your loved one with on a Sunday morning. It's full of beautiful pictures and even more beautiful drinks. Bliss.
Play
All work and no play makes Jack (and Siobhan) a bit dull. So here's the Play section - lots of drinks for the child in you, and lots of outstanding fresh cocktails as well. Shake well before opening.
Knowledge
It's not all recipes you know. We've found out lots about juicing over the last couple of years, and we've consulted the experts to make sure that the recipes are nutritionally sound. We also did our homework on all of the juicing equipment available, and we thought we'd pass it all on.
