Thoughts from category: things we do

c for cheeky charlie

It's the third day of our #alphabetchampions challenge and we're celebrating the letter C.  Here's a little pic of a very charming Charlie from Bringing Up Charlie wearing his great-grandad's old railway cap.  We think he looks splendid.

Why don't you C* what you can do this weekend?

*C what we did there?  It's terrible, sorry...

baking button biscuits

Yesterday we told you about the start of our innocent alphabet champions task, and today we bring you news of baking button biscuits, butterfly lunches and bird watching.  Take a look here to see how Here Come The Girls celebrated the letter B and the return of our in-pack kids magnets

Why don't you get involved too?  Just use the hashtags #innocent and #alphabetchampions and you'll be in with the chance of winning some magnets of your own.  Brilliant.

Win innocent inspires tickets

On Tuesday 1st October, we’ll be hosting an evening all about creativity as part of our innocent inspires series - and we’d like to invite you along.

Come peruse our walls of specially commissioned artwork (and take some home). Listen to some music, take a look at some of our favourite words and pictures, or just hang out looking interesting and brooding. You’ll hear from DJ, promoter and visionary of great things Rob da Bank; dub-step poet Benjamin Zephaniah; world-renowned graphic artist Kate Moross; writer, poet and maker of his own Y-fronts John-Paul Flintoff; and be treated to a set from the extraordinary Nathan ‘Flute box’ Lee.

Whatever you do, be there or be square.

To win a pair of tickets to the event, leave a comment below telling us in no more than 30 words what creativity means to you.  We'll let winners know on Monday.

Make a reservation at the innocent kitchen for 'a guide to good taste', a sensory night out where you'll discover everything you’ve ever wanted to know about good taste. Why does taste matter? How does it work? What’s the perfect flavour combination? How can good taste transform your life - and your career?

Join us at the next innocent inspires session in London on the 14th August, and get some answers from our stellar line-up of culinary stars, including Michelin starred chef Ollie Dabbous, jellymongers extraordinaire Bompas & Parr, creater of the underground supper movement Ms Marmite Lover, head chef at Polpetto Florence Knight, and food designer Emilie Baltz.

To win a pair of tickets to the event, leave a comment below telling us in no more than 240 characters about the tastiest thing you've ever eaten.

The deadline for entries is 7th August, when our very own chief recipe developer Fliss will pick her five favourite entries.  We'll email each winner by the 8th August 2013.

Good luck.

Win tickets to the next chapter of innocent inspires and hear how to become your own boss

This July innocent is hosting a seminar with a difference.

The third chapter in our innocent Inspires series is all about entrepreneurialism.

Richard Reed, co-founder of innocent, will be joined by some of our brightest and best entrepreneurs, including Bec Astley Clarke (founder of Astley Clarke), Eben Upton (co-founder of Raspberry Pi), Jeremy Gilley (founder of Peace One Day), Holly Tucker & Sophie Cornish (co-founders of not on the high street.com) and Martin Morales (founder of Ceviche).

Together they will be sharing their stories, tips, successes and failures as they explain how to turn an idea into a business and love the journey it takes you on.

Back in the day (when Richard was still a young, spritely entrepreneur), he and innocent co-founders Jon and Adam wanted to create something that would make life a little bit better and a little bit easier. From this idea innocent smoothies were born.

If you’d like to be in with the chance of winning a pair of tickets to innocent Inspires, just tell us, in no more than 50 words, what you’d make to help life become a little bit better and a little bit easier. It could be a new product, a new business idea or just a new way of thinking. We’ll get Richard to choose his favourites and will email the winners by Friday 19th July.
